Called today 8/8/2017 looking for a computer part for a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado truck. Was told yes they had the part, however she did not have time for anyone to pull the part for me. If I wanted the part I could come and take it off the truck myself. I was told that all her employees were taking motors out of vehicles and she could not take someone off of this job to pull the part. I asked that she could not take one person for maybe a 5-10 minute job to pull the part for me and she declined to do so. This is extremely POOR customer service. For this reason I did not purchase the part and found at another junk yard in Charlotte that pulled the part for me and I made my purchase with them. I do not recommend this business for this reason.
