I have been on hold for 29 minutes as of now with no one to talk to. There are a number of ads going on but no PERSON TO ORDER FROM!!! I will have a hard time calling you ever again.

I called their main line looking for an interior part. The guy was nice and said they have several cars with what I'm looking for at the Monroe location and the staff would happy to help me. When I arrived , I spoke to a female named Ty, she said sorry sir, if it not a part costing over $75, we can't help you. I explained the components in total take 5 min to remove and are easily over that amount. She stated that she can take my name and number and IF they have time, one of the guys will call me, but it won't be today or tomorrow. What is the deal? I'm so disappointed, I do not recommend using these guys, it seems you will not get any Customerservice.
