This is the way it should be they take the parts off for you when you ask for them and if you want they will give you the bolts and for a little extra you can get other parts unlike some places that already have the parts off say you buy a fender at hill boy's you can get the inner fender overflow tank etc. at other places all you can get is the fender they done junked the rest so instead of givin 5 or 10 for the inner fender you have to buy it new GREAT PLACE
