I been dealing with Johnny and Jack for close to 30 years, and yes there gruff guys and a little rough around the edges, but once you learn there sense of humor and demeanor, you see there really good guys to deal with.

I went to buy a used transmission and I bring my registration told him all the informations from my car and they sold me a wrong transmission. I went back next day and return the transmission got another one they charge me $$250,00 and I pay $700,00 for my mecanic to install. Only drove for 2 days . The transmission I got was the semi size but for a different car. I spend a extra 950,00 dollars to get my cargo van back to work. And also they will never giveyour money back. Never recomend

Called to junk my car the guy on the phone was very nice & professional, I asked him what I'd be looking at as far as what I'd get for my car. I told him it was a 1993 ford tempo, yes I know very old car which is why I was junking it. He proceeded to tell me that it would be $50 per ton, knowing the weight of my car was 2,587 I agreed since right now the rate is so low. They came & towed the car I went up later in the day to receive my money. I went there knowing how much my car weighed expecting to get about $125, I walk in the office looked like a shack, there were 3 men inside, one was smoking a cigarette, another was on the floor playing with a dog, & there was a man behind the counter. I waited about 5mins before he even acknowledged me then he proceeded to say oh you must be the tempo girl, I said yes I am he chuckled a little bit, spun around & said here's your money a whopping $70 & threw it down on the counter. He was very rude & I definitely got ripped off as there was a sign even saying on the door $50 per ton & like I said I know what my car weighed. I thought about arguing with him about it but he was a miserable guy & I knew it wouldn't go anywhere so I took the money & left. Had I been told I wouldn't of even got $100 I would have NEVER done that. I would not recommend to anyone to go there for anything, the office is a mess if you even want to call it that, one person will tell you one thing & then another something different, & the owner is just plain miserable & completely rude & unprofessional! Upon leaving I was informed that the rude guy I dealt with when picking up my money was the owner!!!

The whole family are a bunch of know it all morons. One of the sons gets into your face like a fool. It extends out to their personal life. Gimme a break and have some common decency.

I starting going to Ferreira's for used auto parts 15 years ago when I found out they're prices are are 50% cheaper than Zion's in Middleboro and Robertsons in Wareham. Yes the owner Johnnie Ferreira my have an attitude problem! But you've got to give it right back to him! He's a hard working business man who's worked hard for what he's got! It wasn't handed to him On A Silver Platter!! Along with the 5 Star Rating I Also Give Ferreira's 5 Thumbs Up! (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y)

I note that The owners are short with you...they don't tolerate foolish questions and want one to get on with business....typical old style New Englanders....and I Love em!
Good place ...be ready to go in and dive into auto to get your parts...no self service here!

The owner is rude, but honest. We always have the best luck there and 9 times out of ten they have the best prices.
