They said wait a second be right with you sat on hold twice for 10 minutes . I never did ask for a part .i waited 600 seconds twice. . Most people would just like to hear it's going to be 20 minutes , not some dilrod saying just a second .

I had a great experience! I had a tough time finding the exact part i needed, but I had the great service from a man named Jack. I do alot of business using recycled parts and many other wrecking yards are rude or just dont seems to have the time for your needs, But not jack he was busy yet he still seemed to make me feel like i was the most important customer in the place thank you. I will be a returning customer.
