I've been buying from Harold's for about 8 years now, bought a motor for my son's car , a transmission for my truck and now another transmission for my daughter's 4runner. Everything I've bought has worked well and given me no problems. If they don't have what I need they'll chase it down for me. Anytime I need salvage parts Harold's is my first choice even though it's a 3 hour round trip. I recommend them highly and frequently.

I didn't like the service at all I called them 3 different times to ensure they had what I wanted I asked him to pull apart before I got there they I shared me it was on the shelf and when I got there neither one of the parts was there I came to buy 2 motors and they didn't have either one I am very unsatisfied I will not go back it was over an hour drive to get there I also asked for a couple other parts they didn't have and when I asked for a power steering box for a 2000 Nissan Frontier they quoted me the dealership sells it for $2000 and they charge 400 at autozone and I can get it at riley for $250 brand new I will not be going back and I will not recommend anyone else to go back
