Tried to sell me a piece from a different vehicle than what I Ok'd from their web site and then cut it off wrong. They still expected me to pay for the part even though it is impossible for it to work.
Upon trying to work the situation out they more less told me to pound sand.
There's only one other yard besides Norb's that I wouldn't trust. That is saying a lot because I deal with many yards a week.
If a company makes you pay for their mistakes how much do they actually value YOU?

Great service. Needed a tailgate and they sent me pics immediately and answered lots of questions about the door. Totally honest in description even when I told them certain details were not desired by me, andmight sink the deal That is great integrity in a salvage yard.
