As a government contractor, US Ecology is required by executive order 11246 of the federal law to determine the business size of each company with which we do business EVERY year. We are currently in the process of updating our system with the required information for each vendor. In order to ensure the accuracy of our reporting to the federal government, we are requesting that you provide us with a valid email address where we can send the required self-certification form each year to comply with regulations. The form is very simple, telling us what kind of business entity you are (i.e. small business, woman-owned, veteran-owned etc) and so the federal government can see that we are not in violation of Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action policies.
